Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an AMBER Alert for a 13-year-old County girl by the name of Alexis Smiley. A recent case update reveals the girl has been found and a man is in custody in relation to the case.
Who Is Alexis Smiley?
Alexis Smiley is a 13-years old girl from Loudon County who went missing on Thursday, March 3, 2022. As soon she went missing, AMBER Alert was called nationwide and within a day, the girl has been found safe.
Further investigation into the case reveals that the girl was last seen with a 22-year-old suspect William Tyler Nicholson. The two were seen at around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday leaving her residence.

Alexis Smiley has been found safe and sound. She was reported together with the suspect William Tyler Nicholson.

She was last seen leaving her residence with William Tyler Nicholson at 4:30pm on March 3rd.

At present, William is in custody and had been wanted by the County Sheriff for Aggravated Kidnapping. Furthermore, they were found in a Silver 2004 Nissan Titan 4-door truck with license plate BFV-8107.
More update on the case is yet to be revealed by the County Sheriff.
