Samragyee Rajya Laxmi Shah was born on 18 November 1995 in Birgunj, Nepal to Mahesh Bikram Shah and Neha Rajya Laxmi Shah. Shah comes from the royal family in Nepal. Though she has a long line of ancestors who relates to King Tribhuvan of Nepal, she is still one of the youngest royal blood in the Nepali film industry. Likewise, she spent the majority of her early childhood in Birgunj where she studied at St. Xavier’s School. Likewise, she completed her schooling from class 4 to class 6 at Sai Baba School in New Delhi, India. She then completed the rest of her schooling at the Royal Academy of India in Kathmandu.
