Surakshya Panta was born on February 20, 1989 in Butwal, Nepal. She had always been a very passionate and fun-loving kid. And, she put her heart into just anything that drove her since the time she was a little girl. And, not much has changed ever since. Plus, this is also something that makes her stand up from the rest at all times.
Panta completed her primary education at New Horizon English School in Butwal. She went on to complete her higher studies at Don Bosco College, and Kathmandu Engineering School respectively. Besides this, she also comes from a very loving and supportive Hindu family.

Panta has worked in many amazing movies including Aama, Ajhai Pani, Dhanapati, Gopi, Ghar, Romeo and Muna, Changa Chet, Poi Paryo Kaale, Prem Ganj, and The Eight Mountains.
Though her debut movie was as a supporting actress in Dhanapati, she really made people fall in love with her amazing performance. Besides this, the audience has cherished her in her roles in the movie Gopi as well as the revolutionary movie Aama.
